Cluster Development Lead

The Cluster Development Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading market growth, elevating brand visibility, and cultivating a loyal customer base.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Market Growth: Expand brand presence, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance market intelligence.
  • Optimize Sales Funnel: Implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline development.
  • Enhance Influencer Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, architects, and contractors.
  • Develop Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring consistent sales growth and market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, establish connections with architects and contractors, and drive demand through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Gather and track leads from site visits, monitor the pipeline, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Organize industry meets to foster engagement, address underperforming partners/products, and drive increased participation in key influencer programs.
  • Provide regular updates to managers and HO on market performance, execution, and monitoring of market activities.
  • Cultivate contractor skill sets and loyalty through targeted training sessions.
