Radio Access Network Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of Radio Access Networks (RAN).
- Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
- Select radio solutions as per project requirements, defining wireless coverage needs.
- RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support, dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
- Assist customers in procuring private 5G spectrum, understanding their specific requirements.
- Prepare detailed bill of materials (BoM) and bill of quantities (BoQ), supporting customers in raising purchase orders.
- Stay updated on various OEM solutions and provide product offerings tailored to customer needs.
- Develop technical proposals for tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.
- At least 8 years of experience in RAN design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of 5G technologies.
- Experience with RAN network interference analysis and mitigation techniques.
- Ability to define wireless coverage needs and select appropriate radio solutions.
- Understanding of spectrum requirements and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
