Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work with us in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance network systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, with expertise in routing, switching, security devices, load balancers, and wireless network administration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as well as good communication skills and awareness of ITIL knowledge.

The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with partners to ensure that their networks are configured and maintained to support the levels of availability required. The successful candidate will also have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade and Maintenance: Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Problem Solving: Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, and implementing solutions to improve network reliability.
  • Configuration and Installation: Install, configure, and maintain various network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, QoS, and wireless network controllers.
  • Security: Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Report network operational status by gathering prioritizing information, managing projects, and maintaining Visio diagrams, SOPs, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong hands-on experience on routing, switching, security devices, load balancers, and wireless network administration.
  • Experience and Expertise: Experience and expertise in working on industry-standard devices and technologies, such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, and others.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and awareness of ITIL knowledge.
  • Certifications: CCNP Voice or CCNP Wireless candidates are preferred.
