Okta Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management expert to join our team in support and enhancement of our identity and access management program.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer the Okta platform, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and API integrations.
- Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
- Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
