Senior Identity Governance Specialist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), with expertise in developing custom workflows, administering SailPoint solutions, and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications and ensuring seamless integration with the Identity Governance System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with application teams to test and validate custom development required for integration
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements
  • Maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications
  • Collaborate with multiple application teams simultaneously

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in IGA development as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience in developing custom workflows, administering SailPoint solutions, and implementing RBAC analysis
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification
  • Good work ethic
