Identification of CPs/realty Brokers, Franchises and signing them to generate business for the firm.
Establishing tie ups with reliable channel partners.
Identifying channel partners in the markets, connecting on regular basis, promoting our projects to them.
Responsible for the sale of luxury high end spaces through CPs and HNI clientele base in markets
Ensure sales through channels (brokers and alternate channel) at active projects.
Building relationship with channel partners
Generate leads from channel partners.
Ensure that there is an increase in the number of walk in and leads through CPs.
To understand the reason of cancellation of deal closure if any and make necessary changes in the process.
To ensure smooth registration, training certification and brokerage disbursal for CP.
