With a team of more than 3,000 employees operating in 90 plus countries and a global network of over 35,000 experts, we help improve economies, societies and, most importantly, people's lives.Overview:We are looking for a dynamic TA specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent to meet the business requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and candidate selection criteriaCreate job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each positionSource potential candidates through online channels and job boards, such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com other professional networks and our Applicant Tracking SystemScreen sourced profiles and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlistBuild talent pipeline and maintain recruitment databaseNegotiate offers with selected candidates and create offer letters as per company formatMaintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholdersFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesLead the campus recruitment drives to hire interns and Management TraineesRole requirements:Experience working in talent acquisitionBachelors / MBA degree in human resources management or similar fieldExperience in government consulting / development sector preferredExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesWorking knowledge of Boolean operators with ability to obtain efficient search results on job boardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle critical situationsEquity, Diversity & Inclusion - Palladium is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
