Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation & Business Development Executive at COSMICA TELEMATICS PVT. LTD. The Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, account management, and fostering client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and connecting with potential leads, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth.
Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about business development, have a deep understanding of lead-generation tactics, and possess excellent communication skills to connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to attract potential clients from the software industry, focusing on founders and key decision-makers.
Identify and build a pipeline of qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.
Drive new business opportunities by identifying client needs.
Outreach and Communication:
Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our coaching programs.
Handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next step in the sales funnel.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Management to ensure alignment between lead-generation efforts and the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with Development Team to develop relevant content, such as case studies, LinkedIn Posts, and Newsletters that support outreach efforts and enhance lead nurturing.
Data Management:
Maintain and update the Sales Data with accurate information on prospects, lead status, and follow-up activities.
Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT consulting or Services industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
