About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled professional to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative.This role involves supporting clients by troubleshooting product issues, configuring AI agents, and ensuring their customer service operations run smoothly.Responsibilities include:Responding to client queries about product usage, features, and best practicesTroubleshooting issues clients face with AI agent performance and platform functionalityConfiguring and fine-tuning AI agents when they're not responding correctly or when clients escalateGuiding clients through setup, onboarding, and ongoing platform optimizationDocumenting common issues and contributing to help articles and internal knowledge basesCollaborating with the product and engineering teams to flag bugs and suggest improvementsRequirementsTo succeed in this position, you'll need:1-3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a SaaS environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and HindiAbility to understand technical products and explain them simply to clientsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailComfortable working across multiple tools and communication channelsExperience with D2C brands customer service is a plusFamiliarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms preferredWhat We OfferYou'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and customer experience, be part of a fast-growing startup, and grow with the company as it scales.
