Our mission is to accelerate digital transformation through intelligent, scalable, and business-focused technology solutions.We’re expanding our global presence and are looking for skilled Business Development Executives who can bring in international software projects, generate leads, and close deals through LinkedIn and strategic outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, and professional networks.Acquire software development, web app, AI, and SaaS projects from domestic and international clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposal and quotation preparation.Negotiate pricing, terms, and deliverables to successfully close deals.Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools or trackers.Collaborate with internal teams on presentations, demos, and follow-ups.Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.Required Skills & Experience3 – 6 years of proven experience in IT sales, SaaS business development, or software project acquisition.Strong expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, proposal writing, and negotiation.Excellent English communication and client presentation skills.Understanding of software development life cycle, pricing models, and project types.Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and deliver results.For Consultant / Part-Time Roles5 + years of experience in international client acquisition or IT consulting.Should possess existing client connections and the ability to independently close deals.Flexible work model (commission / retainer + incentives per project).Nice to HaveExperience working with global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, Australia).Familiarity with Clutch, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Exposure to AI, SaaS, or Web Application development services.Role Type & CompensationFull-Time (On-Site) – TIDEL Park, Chennai.Part-Time / Consultant – Remote / Hybrid.Attractive base pay + commission + performance incentives for each project closure.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-scaling AI and SaaS company.Direct access to the leadership team for strategy and business expansion.Freedom to experiment with innovative lead-generation techniques.Performance-linked growth and bonuses.Dynamic and entrepreneurial work culture.Contact Person👩‍💼 Mrs. Shebina 📧 shebina.xavier@v-accel.ai 📞 8610262853
