Job Title: Warehouse & Operations Executive

Location: Mumbai (Work from the warehouse, Mon-Sat)

Type: Full-time

Salary range: INR 18-30K per month (based on experience)


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse & Operations Executive to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse and operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse management, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Freshers with a commitment to hard work and long-term growth are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Oversee daily orders from the website, third-party platforms, and B2B clients, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Order Processing: Generate shipping documents such as dockets, e-way bills, and delivery challans for various courier partners.
  • Quality Control (QC) & Stock Management: Manage quality checks and oversee the inward supply of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement measures to minimize discrepancies or shortages.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the customer care team to address inquiries and resolve delivery issues with courier partners.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for production updates and ensure timely inward deliveries.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and key operational metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
