We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to build and lead our Media sales team in India, driving growth across corporate and entertainment media. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the corporate and entertainment media sectors.
  • Responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with Clients.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Monitor and stay ahead of entertainment industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling media solutions that meet client needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent TransPerfect Media at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our network.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on media and entertainment sectors.
  • Proven track record of success with the entire sales process and successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.
