Business Analysis RoleThis is a full-time remote position for a Business Analyst. The role involves understanding and analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating those into actionable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing data analysis, preparing detailed reports, supporting implementation projects, and ensuring delivered solutions align with business goals and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needsAnalyze data to identify trends and areas for improvementGather and document business requirementsTranslate requirements into actionable solutionsSupport implementation projectsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trendsProven experience in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirementsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholdersAbility to understand, analyze, and improve business processesMinimum 4 years experience with the ServiceNow platform in a customer-facing BA/PM roleCertified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and any 1 CIS certificationKnowledge of digital transformation and workflow automationBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related disciplineAbout UsWe are a boutique partner of the AI-driven ServiceNow platform, operating across multiple regions.
