Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a Digital Transformation roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving business problems/opportunities of key customers in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) domain.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and execution of a Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) roadmap that addresses business challenges and opportunities.Direct and execute planned Digital projects, RPA bots, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads.Provide analytical and conceptual guidance to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle to ensure alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.Drive the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.Support operational excellence, automation, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma, Center of Excellence (COE) projects to mitigate process issues and improve operational efficiencies identified across towers.Design, implement, test, and complete all In-Scope Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects.Engage and leverage Lean Six Sigma practices and processes.Support Operations to meet key transformation objectives of clients and deliver required business value, productivity.RequirementsCertified Black belt.Experience in driving RPA program and deploying RPA across platforms.Extensive experience in the F&A domain and have led transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.Experience in managing client discussion and driving large transformation programs.Desirable SkillsF&A Domain – PTP.Project Management Office (PMO) Experience.Client-facing consulting experience.
