Key DetailsRole: Business Analyst – Agentic AI & DataNotice Period: ImmediateExperience: 8+ YearsDomain: Banking & Financial ServicesCore Skills: Business Analysis + Agentic AI + Data Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support AI projects, including Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven solutions.Manage and support initiatives involving:Data mappingData migrationData quality managementTranslate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FSD, User Stories).Support digital transformation programs including:Process digitisationCustomer journey optimisationCollaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and AI engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy.Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as:ScrumKanbanJiraConfluenceImplement and maintain project governance documentation including:RAID logsRACI matricesStatus reportsIdentify risks, gaps, and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies proactively.Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs.Ensure effective communication and coordination across cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Required Qualifications & Skills8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in Banking & Financial ServicesProven experience supporting or managing AI-driven initiativesPractical exposure to Agentic AI concepts or implementationsStrong experience in:Data mapping & transformationData migration & validationData quality & governance initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesHands-on experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Nice to HaveExposure to AI governance and ethical AI frameworksExperience with automation, machine learning, or AI-based workflow systemsCertifications: CBAP, SAFe, Agile, PMI-PBAApply on Varalakshmi.Y@livecjobs.com7995831110
