Job Title: Business Analyst – Low Code PlatformExperience: 5–10 YearsLocation: BengaluruEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in low-code platforms (Appian / Mendix / OutSystems / PowerApps, etc.) to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and work closely with development teams to deliver scalable low-code solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & AnalysisInteract with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.Analyze existing systems and identify areas for automation or optimization through low-code solutions.Convert business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.Low-Code Solution DesignCollaborate with low-code development teams to design process models, data models, and application workflows.Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes on low-code tools.Validate feasibility of requirements within low-code platform capabilities.Project CollaborationAct as a bridge between business users and technical teams.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews in an Agile environment.Provide clarifications to developers and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.Testing & Quality AssuranceDevelop test scenarios and perform functional, UAT, and regression testing.Work with users to ensure smooth User Acceptance Testing and sign-off.Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.DocumentationPrepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, SOPs, and release documentation.Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder ManagementCommunicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to business and technical stakeholders.Support change management and end-user training initiatives.Required SkillsStrong experience as a Business Analyst in low-code platforms (Appian / Mendix / OutSystems / PowerApps).Solid understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and process re-engineering.Hands-on experience writing User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Good to HaveLow-code platform certification (Appian Analyst / Mendix Rapid Developer / OutSystems Associate, etc.).Experience with SQL basics and API integrations.Exposure to RPA, BPM, or digital transformation projects.
