Greetings from Live Connections Hiring: Business Analyst - Agentic AI & Data Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Agentic AI and Data to support and drive AI-led transformation initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The role involves bridging business needs with AI-driven solutions, ensuring accurate requirement translation, data alignment, and successful project outcomes. Key Details - Role: Business Analyst - Agentic AI & Data - Notice Period: Immediate - Experience: 8+ Years - Domain: Banking & Financial Services - Core Skills: Business Analysis + Agentic AI + Data Key Responsibilities - Lead and support AI projects, including Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines. - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven solutions. - Manage and support initiatives involving: - Data mapping - Data migration - Data quality management - Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FSD, User Stories). - Support digital transformation programs including: - Process digitisation - Customer journey optimisation - Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and AI engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy. - Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as: - Scrum - Kanban - Jira - Confluence - Implement and maintain project governance documentation including: - RAID logs - RACI matrices - Status reports - Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies proactively. - Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs. - Ensure effective communication and coordination across cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Required Qualifications & Skills - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in Banking & Financial Services - Proven experience supporting or managing AI-driven initiatives - Practical exposure to Agentic AI concepts or implementations - Strong experience in: - Data mapping & transformation - Data migration & validation - Data quality & governance initiatives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence - Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Nice to Have - Exposure to AI governance and ethical AI frameworks - Experience with automation, machine learning, or AI-based workflow systems - Certifications: CBAP, SAFe, Agile, PMI-PBA Apply on
