Hello Connections#ACL is Hiring#Job Title: Data Analyst / Business AnalystExperience: 5–7 YearsWork Mode: RemoteLocation Preference: Mumbai, Pune, BangaloreWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PMJoining: Immediate (Project starts on 1st Dec 2025)Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of experience analyzing large and complex healthcare datasets.Strong working knowledge of healthcare domains such as Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.Excellent command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide meaningful insights.Experience documenting data models, constraints, data stores, and mapping documents.Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets, including Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.Understand business requirements and translate them into data, analytics, and reporting specifications.Perform data store inventory, data mapping, and constraint documentation across multiple systems.Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, profiling, and analysis.Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.Support QA, UAT, and production teams with data insights, anomalies, and validation as needed.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare data standards.Interested: Please send your resume to daram.jenni@acldigital.com
