Our product suite includes Auriga for conversational AI, Collatio for document intelligence, and Concentio for cognitive IoT and operational intelligence. These platforms help clients convert complex, fragmented data into actionable enterprise intelligence. We are looking for a Data Analyst to support decision-making across product, marketing, and client success functions by delivering clear, actionable insights from diverse data sources. Role Overview As a Data Analyst at Scry AI, you will turn structured and unstructured data into meaningful intelligence. You will support internal stakeholders by providing dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc analyses that guide strategic and operational decisions. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into stories for both technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities Data Collection and Management Extract, clean, and process data from databases, APIs, CRM, and product usage logs Ensure data integrity and maintain well-organized datasets for analysis Analysis and Reporting Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across product usage, sales funnel, campaign performance, and customer success Conduct cohort, funnel, trend, and segmentation analysis to uncover growth and retention insights Perform root cause analysis on operational and client data anomalies Business Insights and Collaboration Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and account teams to frame questions and define success metrics Present findings in visually intuitive formats that support decision making Support leadership with data driven insights during reviews, GTM strategy, and roadmap planning Required Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or business analyst in a SaaS or enterprise software environment Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus Strong understanding of analytics for marketing, product, or revenue teams Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong storytelling skills Our Ideal Candidate Has a passion for solving business problems with data Thinks beyond the “what” to find the “why” in data trends Is comfortable working with ambiguity and designing their own analytical approach Communicates complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Wants to help scale a data-driven AI company by building a strong internal analytics function If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI platforms are scaling securely and reliably in enterprise data environments.
