Remote Support Specialist OpportunityWe're seeking highly skilled technical experts to support our global SaaS products and enterprise applications.Type: Freelance ConsultantLocation: 100% RemoteDuration: Long-term contract with option for extensionStart Date: Immediate or within a few weeksClients: Global product companies and SaaS providersResponsibilities include handling real-time technical issues, contributing to product support, and ensuring smooth resolution for users across various platforms. Your day-to-day work may involve:Troubleshooting software, API, cloud service, network, or system access issuesManaging and resolving tickets on ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, or FreshdeskSupporting SaaS environments — monitoring logs, validating configurations, and escalating when neededL1 and L2 operational tasks such as environment checks, user onboarding, issue replication, and root cause analysisPerforming debugging steps like log analysis, API checks, configuration review, SQL lookups, or environment testingWorking across Windows, macOS, and Linux for user-level and application-level troubleshootingResponding to alerts, performing routine system checks, and supporting incident management workflowsDocumenting solutions, writing knowledge base articles, and improving internal processesCollaborating with engineering, QA, product, and DevOps teams for faster issue resolution and product reliabilityYou'll have exposure to a wide range of technologies, including SaaS platforms, internal apps, cloud systems, and enterprise environments.Minimum QualificationsAt least 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Application Support, or related rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across software, systems, networks, or cloud environmentsUnderstanding of operating systems, basic networking concepts, and application-level debuggingExperience using common ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, or equivalents)Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teamsAbility to work independently in a remote setupPreferred SkillsExperience supporting SaaS products or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation or debuggingUnderstanding of APIs, log analysis, or monitoring systemsBasic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python)Exposure to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)Experience working alongside engineering or DevOps teamsWhy This Role?Contribute to global support initiatives with real-time impactMultiple openings enable fast-track onboarding100% remote work with flexible hoursLong-term freelance work with stable demandOpportunity to build deep experience across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise systemsTo apply, send your CV to [Careers email]
