You will be provided with structured question snippets and will handle screening calls to assess candidate fit and shortlist them for the next stage. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your communication, assessment, and recruitment skills while contributing to ABEXs hiring process.ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic screening calls with candidates using pre-defined question sets.Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, and suitability for the role.Accurately record candidate responses and outcomes in Google Sheets or other tracking tools.Shortlist or reject candidates as per the provided criteria and communicate updates to the HR team.Ensure professional and positive interactions, representing ABEX in every conversation.Manage daily call targets and maintain call quality.Skill(s) Required:Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)Strong listening and conversation-handling skillsProfessional phone etiquetteAbility to follow guidelines and assessment criteriaBasic MS-Excel/Google Sheets proficiencyTime management and consistency in daily deliverablesPrior telecalling or voice process experience (preferred but not mandatory)Who Can Apply:Only those candidates can apply who:Are available for a full-time (in-office)Can start immediatelyAre available for a minimum duration of 2 to 3 monthsAre from Chennai and neighboring cities (for in-office) Have relevant communication skills and interest in recruitment/HR processesWomen wanting to start/restart their career are also welcome to apply.
