**Experience**: Experienced 1 Year experience in Voice / Non -Voice (In papers) with excellent communication skills.

**Languages**: Excellent English

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Interview rounds**:

- HR Round
- Assessment
- OPS Round
- Client Round

**Salary**: 30% Hike from the Previous CTC (Range - 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA)

**Work Location** : Ambattur, Chennai.

**Working days** : 5 days, 24*7 Process
- Rotational week off and shift

**Working hours** : Any 9 hours including one hour break

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer inquiries, responding to customer questions, concerns and feedback.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints or disputes, providing accurate and detailed information about product and services.
- Escalating and identifying complex issues to management for resolution. Building rapport, trust and loyalty with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
