**Experience**: Experienced 1 Year experience in Voice / Non -Voice (In papers) with excellent communication skills.

Must be good at Typing with 25WPM and 90 Percent Accuracy.

**Languages**: Excellent English, B2 Quality

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Interview rounds**:

- HR Round
- Assessment
- OPS Round
- Client Round

**Salary**: 30% Hike from the Previous CTC (Range - 3.5 to 5 LPA)

**Work Location**: Perungalathur, Chennai.

**Interview Location**: Ambattur, Chennai.

**Working days** : 5 days, 24*7 Process
- Rotational week off and shift

**Working hours** : Any 9 hours including one hour break

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Typical Customer Support role. Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the stipulated timeline
- Must have knowledge in BFSI Industry
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints by identifying the issue, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolution to increase customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers and suggest suitable products or services as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Use CRM software to track and document all customer interactions, manage customer data, and follow up on open issues for a seamless support experience.
- Cross-cultural Communication: Adapt communication style to suit the cultural expectations of international customers, ensuring clarity, respect, and empathy in all interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
