**Male**: 7m - 11pm (Any 9 hrs)

**Female**: 7am - 8pm (Any 9 hrs )

**6 day's working**

**Salary range**: 14k - 22k

**Location**:Gopalapuram, Chennai.

**Roles And Responsibilities**:
**1)**Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
**2)**Follow up to ensure resolution.
**3)**Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
**4)**Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
**5)**Manage large inbound calls.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
**6)**Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take an extra mile to engage customers.
**7)**Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
**8)**Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
**9)**Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
**10)**Proven customer support experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
