Strategic Growth ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Professional to lead our multi-year growth strategy in India.This role will drive revenue and margin growth, and enhance sales productivity across all Business Units (BUs).Develop Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Strategy Lead to define strategic programs and quarterly/half-yearly plans required to achieve our growth agenda.Execute & Deliver Insights: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and global teams to translate strategic requirements into operational frameworks, driving the implementation of transformational programs and gathering intelligence on customer buying trends.Ensure Strategic Delivery: Track progress on key strategic programs, develop robust business cases and financial models, and ensure alignment and delivery of measurable outcomes for the business.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or a strategy role within a high-growth organization, strong knowledge of market assessment, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, sales coverage design, and operational reporting, excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
