Proficiency in income calculation, DTI, LTV , and credit risk analysis. Expertise in live underwriting , underwriting specialist , or core underwriting functions. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end underwriting for US and/or UK mortgage applications. Conduct detailed income calculation , DTI (Debt-to-Income) , and LTV (Loan-to-Value) analysis. Review credit, collateral, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy. Make sound credit decisions aligned with client and regulatory standards . Handle live underwriting queues and provide real-time decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth loan processing. Maintain high quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
