Customer Service Advocate

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.The role involves receiving inbound calls from customers to address their queries and concerns, as well as making outbound calls to follow up on unresolved issues.You will also be required to provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up.Maintaining customer records by updating information in the CRM system is another key aspect of this role.Key Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Able to handle customer queries efficiently and politely, with patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or irate customers.Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email are essential.Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is advantageous.Freshers and experienced individuals can apply, with a minimum educational requirement of a graduate degree.About This Role:This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal skills.
