**Position**: customer service executive

**Location**: Kolhapur

**Salary**: 8k to 15k per month

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Skills**: Problem Solving, Good Communication, Microsoft Office, Customer Handling, Interpersonal

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Executive at Arch Staffing, your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing extensive product information to customers
- Closing sales for the company
- Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
- Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level
- Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
- Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
- Generate company’s required reports (Daily or Monthly).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolhapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
