KeyResponsibilities:
  • Fostera positive energetic team spirit enhancing collaboration betweenartists and team members.
  • Oversee daytodaystudio operations ensuring a seamless experience for walkin clientsand delivering exceptional customerservice.
  • Maintain studio hygiene and atmospherein line with company standards keeping the vibe upbeat andengaging.
  • Provide personalized service tocreate immersive and memorable experiences for eachcustomer.
  • Adhere to studio SOPs and operationalprocesses with precision.
  • Handle inbound clientqueries manage appointments and bookconsultations.
  • Organize training sessions forartists focusing on skilldevelopment.
  • Implement and drive salesstrategies follow up with potential leads to boost studiosales.
  • Prepare team rosters and manage artisttransfers and guest spots to ensure the studio is fullystaffed.
  • Coordinate with the design team andclients to deliver artwork that meets expectations ontime.
  • Collaborate with the HQ sales team toidentify areas for improvement and increasesales.
  • Professionally manage customercomplaints and objections.
  • Provide regularperformance reports (daily weekly monthly) to the reportingmanager.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for betterdecisionmaking and business growth.
  • Managedaily cash flow deposits andrecordkeeping.
  • Oversee employee accommodationensuring cleanliness and a positive livingenvironment.
MandatorySkills:
  • Graduate inany stream.
  • Experience in industries like RealEstate Automobile or Jewellery is preferred but notmandatory.
  • Strong background in retailmanagement is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal writtenand interpersonal communicationskills.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong focus onsales and customer service excellence.
  • Strongtime management and multitaskingskills.
  • Ability to work effectively with alllevels of the organization and externalclients.
  • Prior experience in customer servicesales or operations management is anadvantage.
  • Ability to perform well in afastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
