Managing the daytoday operations ofthe studio including overseeing walkinclientsand providing exceptional service tocustomers to turn them into repeat clients.Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene as per the company standardskeeping thevibe alive all thetime. Provide personalized customer serviceto create an immersive experience foreachcustomer.Strictly adhere to studio operational SOPs &Processes Handle inbound queries of theclients manage appointments bookconsultations. Arrange training sessions forthe artists for their skill development.Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase studiosales & following upwith potentialsales leads. Preparing a roster for the teamand managing artist transfers and guest spots toensurethat the studio is fully staffed atall times. Coordinating with the design teamand clients to deliver designs on time andmeetingclientexpectations. Communicating with the HQsales team to increase sales and identifying processgapsto help the HQ improveprocesses. Managing customer complaints andobjections in a professional and efficientmanner. Providing daily weekly and monthlyreports to the reporting manager to keeptheminformed of the studiosperformance. Accurately maintaining the CRMand data entry to improve data health anddrivedatadriven decisions for businessgrowth. Managing daily cash depositing it inthe bank and updating therecords.
Maintaining employee accommodation provided by the company andbeing responsiblefor keeping it clean andfree of nuisances.Mandatory SkillSets: Graduate (AnyStream) Preferred Industry Real Estate /Automobile / Jewellery Not specific but good tohave. Good knowledge/background of theretail industry experience is preferred.Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communicationskills. Must be selfmotivator andselfstarter. Focused on Sales &Quality customer service. Solid timemanagement skills. Must be able toeffectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside oftheCompany. Priorexperience in a similar role such as customer service sales oroperationsmanagement could bebeneficial. Ability to multitask andsuccessfully operate in a fast paced teamenvironment.
