People & Culture SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People & Culture Specialist. As a high-potential individual, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence within our organization.You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of employees, from onboarding to exit, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and energized. You will also ensure that HR systems and processes run efficiently, while staying responsive to business and people needs.Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding experiences; ensure every joiner and leaver feels valued.Organize and deliver engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events (virtual & in-person) that boost belonging and retentionProvide expert guidance on employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Contribute to fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve how we use HR Tools to automate routine tasks Manage employee data, documentation and lifecycle updates in all HR tools Execute internal policy around company asset and data management to ensure secure, seamless access and accountability.Support Strategic Projects: Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.We offer:Employee ExperienceHR Operational ExcellenceSupport Strategic Projects
