Job SummaryWe seek a detail-oriented and strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) Engineer to support enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.Capture, analyze, and maintain application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.Main ResponsibilitiesThis role encompasses several key responsibilities:Data Stewardship: Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Application Rationalization: Evaluate applications for business value and technical value. Identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Technology Mapping & Future Planning: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies. Support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data. Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Reporting & Insights: Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making. Provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our organization's technology strategy and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.
