Experience creating and managing operational playbooks, asset lifecycle workflows, and catalog items.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL 4 Foundation CertificationJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal across endpoints, datacenter, and cloud environments.ServiceNow HAM Pro Operations: Operate and administer ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and HAM Workspace. Perform model management and normalization for hardware assets to ensure alignment with approved standards.Data Quality & Reconciliation: Identify and remediate data gaps in hardware inventory using Discovery, CMDB, and IntegrationHub. Analyze discrepancies between discovered and managed assets to improve inventory accuracy and compliance.BenefitsCollaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, SAM, and CMDB teams to ensure cohesive ITAM operations.
