Job Title:A Change Management StrategistDescription:We're seeking a Change Management Strategist to drive successful technology adoption for global enterprises. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, framework, and execution of change management initiatives across client implementations.The Change Management Strategist will define the enterprise-wide change management vision, methodology, and standards for client implementations and internal initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change management early in the project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-go-live.Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations for client organizations.Identify and manage change-related risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.This includes building and maintaining a scalable Change Management Toolkit, including readiness scorecards, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, user journey maps, and training frameworks.Requirements:Key qualifications include 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Organizational Development, with 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.Preferred skills include Prosci / CCMP certification, consulting background, and deep understanding of procurement processes.
