Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.The role will involve working closely with our team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.Contract Review & ComplianceReview federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & DocumentationPrepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.Audit & Monitoring SupportAssist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.Proposal & Pre-Award SupportReview solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.Collaboration & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.
