Contract Negotiation Specialist RoleOro Labs is seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to manage and scale our US contracting function. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience in tech or fast-growth environments, with expertise in US commercial contracting, negotiation, privacy, IP counseling, data transfer, and AI-related issues.Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Protection Agreements, vendor and partnership agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, teaming arrangements, etc.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interests.Identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical business-friendly mitigations.Provide counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Translate complex legal positions into clear actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Monitor legal trends in tech AI and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areas.Develop templates playbooks and deal trackers that streamline operations.About the RoleThis role offers autonomy with impact flexible hours across time zones and a no-egos culture that values sharp thinking and bias for action.RequirementsWe are looking for a seasoned professional with:Strong contract negotiation and management skillsExpertise in US commercial contracting and negotiationExperience in privacy and IP counseling including data transfer and AI-related issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferA competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
