Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process and Proposal Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in the Biogas/Bio-CNG/CBG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and developing proposals for biogas and Bio-CNG projects. This role requires a deep understanding of biogas processes, strong technical skills, and the ability to create detailed and competitive project proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization:
- Develop and optimize process designs for biogas, Bio-CNG, and CBG plants.
- Perform feasibility studies, process simulations, and mass and energy balance calculations.
- Ensure process designs meet efficiency, safety, and environmental standards.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed and competitive technical and commercial proposals for biogas and Bio-CNG projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and engineering, to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Conduct cost estimation, resource planning, and timeline development for project proposals.
Technical Evaluation and Support:
- Evaluate new technologies and processes in the biogas sector to enhance project proposals and plant performance.
- Provide technical support during the project execution phase, ensuring alignment with the proposed design.
Client Interaction and Presentations:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise during project discussions.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing any technical queries and ensuring the proposal meets client expectations.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all process designs and proposals comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including design reports, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.
