Role Overview:

As a Talent Partner for the Africa Region, you will serve as a Talent Partner, ensuring seamless employee relations and HR operations across African geographies. This role will involve close collaboration with regional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Act as the first point of contact for resolving employee concerns and fostering a positive work culture.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

HR Business Partnering:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address talent needs, including workforce planning and succession management.

Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.

Regional Support:

Manage HR processes such as onboarding, grievance handling, and exit formalities for Africa-based employees.

Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and career development in alignment with local practices.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with local HR teams and business heads to ensure consistent policy implementation across locations.

Act as a bridge between the corporate HR function and regional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related fields.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to African geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, Compensation and HR practices in Africa.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
