Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an Affiliate Sales Manager at Manor Rama Care Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing affiliate relationships, generating leads, overseeing sales activities, and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive sales growth.


Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Affiliates Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and management of our affiliates program, driving engagement and collaboration with professionals to expand our brand’s reach and impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard affiliates.
  • Generate Sales from the affiliate Doctors.
  • Manage relationships with professionals, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for the program.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate training and support for affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
  • Track affiliate sales and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates).
  • Provide regular performance reports to affiliates and internal teams.
  • Optimize campaigns by identifying top-performing affiliates and refining underperforming strategies.


Qualifications

  • 3 Years Experience in Sales and Distribution is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A Degree in BDS is preferable.
  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in the Oral Care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of Oral Care industry practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
