Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a passion for photography and editing to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong design skills while imbibing the brand aesthetics, and experience in capturing and editing high-quality visuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a variety of visual content, managing photography projects, and producing polished edits for print, digital, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, banners, brochures, and advertisements, adhering to brand guidelines.
·       Packaging designing, Packaging modification and culmination
·       Packaging improvement and suggestion, changes, CDR, Ai file development.
·       Social Media Management for content along with creative media asset with a strong language command to translate information easily and effectively.
·       Understanding scientific data points to collaborate and integrate with social media posts.
Photography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos for various projects, including product photography, events, lifestyle shots, and company branding.
Photo Editing and Retouching: Edit, retouch, and enhance images to achieve desired aesthetics, ensuring consistency and high quality across all visuals.
Video Editing: Produce short video content for social media, including editing, colour correction, and adding motion graphics or typography when needed.
Collaborate with Marketing and Content Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, deliver high-impact visuals, and ensure all designs align with brand standards.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of all creative assets, including photos, design files, and templates.
Brand Development: Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and creativity across all visual content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design or related qualification is a must.
Proven experience (2 years or more) in graphic design and professional photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom).
Advanced photo editing and retouching skills with a keen eye for colour, lighting, and composition.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools is a plus.
Familiarity with social media content creation and design trends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in product photography and/or lifestyle photography.
Understanding of UX/UI principles is a bonus.
Basic knowledge of web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD (must have own set of software)
Must have their own work device/Laptop
Familiarity with social media management tools and an understanding of platform-specific content requirements, with Post captions, Post descriptions and engaging content.
