  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management,

Economics, or related field.

  • 6 months - 1 year of work experience in client servicing,

research, recruitment, consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and

relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, Naukri, and MS Office

Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under

pressure.
