Job description – Engineering Recruitment Manager Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Home (The applicants must be based in Bangalore) Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Experience – Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Only candidates with Domestic Engineering Recruitment experience (In areas such as Automotive, Power, Energy, Chemical, EPC, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery, Automation, Electrical , Electronics and Renewable Energy) ) will be considered for this position. Company Website – Responsibilities: • We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our Recruitment Operations team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers. • Be comfortable traveling within Bangalore city for client meetings and discussions as needed. • Source Top Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract and engage top talent for open positions. • Screen and Assess Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role. • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. • Manage Candidate Pipeline: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline, tracking candidate progress and providing regular updates to hiring managers. • Facilitate Offer Process: Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the offer process. • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance recruitment efforts and promote a positive employer brand. • Provide Recruitment Support: Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed, such as attending career fairs, creating job postings, and conducting market research. • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in recruitment processes. • Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with fellow recruiters and HR colleagues to share knowledge, resources, and best practices, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team and the organization. Skills: • Experience in Engineering recruitment is a must (Automotive, Power, Energy, Chemical, EPC, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery, Automation, Electrical , Electronics and Renewable Energy) • Based in Bangalore, with the ability to travel across the city for client meetings. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. • Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills, with experience utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Proficiency in conducting resume screenings and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. • Ability to effectively manage the candidate experience from application through to offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process for all parties involved. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and manage recruitment activities. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
