Job OpportunityThe Position:This role is part of a global markets business line within a corporate and institutional bank, delivering solutions across asset classes and providing industry-leading services for clients.We are seeking an experienced professional to join our relationship management team (EMEA) within prime services, including cash prime brokerage. The team serves as a central point of contact for prime services clients, working with various internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and met.Main Responsibilities:Ensure seamless delivery of corporate actions, margin calls, and resolution of client financing issues.Margins: Analyze & review major margin swings, oversee margin call issuance, and ensure timely client coverage.Cash Management: Oversee wire processing and manage funding requirements/cash break resolution with clients.Client Reviews: Regularly conduct reviews with onshore RMs, ensuring client profitability is well understood and monitored.Swaps Resets: Collaborate with Ops to ensure timely agreement and settlement of financing and equity reset cash flows.New Clients Setup: Partner with the onboarding team to ensure new clients are properly set up (reporting, pricing, rehypothecation, margins, swaps etc).Work with Product Development to identify, propose, and implement new platform functionality and enhancements to meet client needs.Perform level-1 controls and resolve/escalate issues.Develop a sound understanding of regulatory changes impacting clients/business.
