Job Title: Wellness Business Franchise Sales HeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our franchise sales efforts across regions.About the RoleTo identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners who share our passion for wellness and hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, ensure alignment with brand standards, and achieve franchise sales targets.Key Responsibilities• Franchise Investment Sales & Onboarding: Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners to invest in our franchise business model for wellness SPA, Salons and vacation homes.• Present the franchise model, investment requirements, ROI projections, and business support to potential partners.• Manage end-to-end franchise Investment sales process — from lead generation to deal closure and agreement signing.• Lead Management & Conversion: Generate leads through digital campaigns, franchise portals, exhibitions, brokers, and referral networks. Work with Performance Marketing agencies for smooth sales leads.• Qualify leads, arrange meetings/presentations, and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.Documentation & Agreements: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to prepare franchise agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.• Ensure all franchise agreements are compliant with brand policies and legal norms.Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to ensure smooth pre-opening and launch of new franchise outlets.• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align franchise offerings with market needs.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain weekly/monthly reports on franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.• Present expansion performance and forecasts to management.Brand Representation: Represent the company at franchise expos, investor meets, and other networking events.• Promote the brand's value proposition and support programs to potential franchisees.Required Skills and Qualifications• Proven experience in franchise Investor sales and Onboarding (Wellness industry, Hotel & Hospitality, Vacation Homes).• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.• Ability to understand financial models, ROI calculations, and business feasibility.• Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data tracking.• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and be part of a growing business.
