The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the launch operations of our centres across top cities.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end program management and ownership of the transformation process from site to centre launchCollaborate with multiple stakeholders, including real estate, legal, business finance, projects, city teams, talent acquisition, sales and growth teams, and auditsInterface effectively with franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness, and presalesCapital expenditure ownership and management (projects, equipment, and other line items)Improve launch process overall and franchise partner satisfaction with new launchesIdentify, communicate, and problem-solve any potential risks to launch centres on time and with great member experienceRequired Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and budgets.
