Job Title:HR Services and People Analytics DirectorJob Description:The head of HR services center and people analytics is responsible for leading efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR service delivery across the organization. This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation.Responsibilities:HR Operations and Compliance:Manage end-to-end HR administration and payroll processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.People Data Governance and Analytics:Develop and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives.Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and data flows.Manage relationships with external HR service providers ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, and cost efficiency.Leadership and Transformation:Lead, develop, and inspire the HR Services and People Analytics team fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.Champion change management within the HR function driving adoption of new processes, tools, and data practices.
