In this role, you will be responsible for:Generating and qualifying leadsPromoting our innovative learning programsBuilding and nurturing strong client relationshipsDriving customer satisfaction and conversionsThis position requires high energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Prior experience in Ed Tech sales—especially in promoting English and Math programs for children aged 4–15—will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Customer EngagementProactively generate and qualify leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling.Build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into satisfied customers.2. Program Promotion & Sales ExecutionPromote and sell our educational programs, with a strong focus on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children.Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to parents and other key decision-makers.3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.4.
