Role Description

This is a contract role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The position is on-site and located in the Bangalore Urban district. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and communication. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves managing customer interactions to build strong relationships and provide solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the tech education industry is a plus for min 1 to 3 years
