Introduce company products or services clearly and persuasively to prospects and decision-makers. Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges to present suitable solutions. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and progress in the CRM system. Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, email inquiries, or referrals. Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to qualified leads, pipeline conversion, and call activity. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously enhance industry knowledge and selling abilities. Collect and document prospect feedback to support process improvement and product enhancement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply). Strong experience or willingness to learn cold calling techniques and outreach methods. Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive and professional attitude during conversations. Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and learning-driven approach. Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to overcome challenges. Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
