Role Description

  • Onboarding, induction, orientation and assimilation of New Joiners into the team/BU/location
  • Conduct employee engagement and team building activities including 1 to 1 connects, Fun Fridays, Sports and other events
  • Performance Management incl. Quarterly Check-Ins, Skip Level Meetings & Annual Appraisals
  • Employee Relations including handling employee queries, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements
  • Employee Retention including conducting exit interviews and recommending course of action for improving retention
  • Continuous improvement of employee experience at every touchpoint
  • Provide support to Corporate L&D and TA Teams as required
  • Facility Management
  • Space Management / Interiors
  • Electrical – General Lighting & Power, Backup Power / UPS, Tracking of Power consumption to ensure efficient use.
  • Air conditioning
  • Fire & Safety – FAS, Fire Extinguishers, Access Control, CCTV system etc.
  • Internet – (Managed by IT)
  • Minor Projects- Civil / MEP repair works
  • Soft services - Housekeeping, Security & Indoor Plants etc.
  • Cafeteria
  • Inventory Management
  • Vendor List
  • Compliance- Ensure Building Fire Approval & Lift approval
